Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation. Current professional consultation fees are displayed during booking. Unless expressly stated otherwise, displayed fees exclude applicable taxes, government fees, and third-party charges.
Please contact TF Immigration at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time to cancel or reschedule without an administrative charge.
If a prepaid consultation is cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice, you may request a refund to the original payment method or apply the amount once as a credit toward a rescheduled consultation.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time and missed appointments are normally non-refundable because the appointment time was reserved for you.
A reasonable exception may be considered for a documented emergency or where fairness or applicable law requires it.
If TF Immigration cancels, you may choose a full refund of the consultation fee paid or reschedule without charge.
Payment-provider processing time may apply after a refund is issued. Any refund required by law will be made within the legally required period.
A consultation is governed by the written consultation agreement provided for the appointment. Website booking alone does not create a broader professional engagement or require TF Immigration to act on an application or protect a deadline. Further immigration consulting services require a separate written service agreement where applicable.
Online appointments may use Zoom. Consultations are not recorded. Keep your meeting link private and join from a reasonably secure location. If technical problems prevent the meeting, contact us promptly so we can determine a fair next step.
Payment for or attendance at a consultation does not guarantee eligibility, an invitation, approval, processing time, or any other outcome.
