Terms Of Service
Effective date: August 30, 2026
These Website Terms of Use govern access to and use of websites and general online features operated by Transfigured Immigration Corp., operating as TF Immigration (“TF Immigration,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the website, you agree to these Terms. These Terms govern website use only and do not replace a written consultation agreement or service agreement.
Website content is general information, not legal or immigration advice tailored to your circumstances. Immigration laws, policies, forms, fees, processing practices, and program availability may change without notice. Verify time-sensitive information through official government sources or obtain advice based on your complete facts.
Browsing the website, using a general assessment tool, submitting an inquiry, or receiving general information does not by itself create a consultant–client relationship, require us to accept a matter, protect a deadline, or act for you. An initial consultation is governed by a written consultation agreement. Further regulated immigration services are governed by a separate written service agreement where required.
Unless a different rule is displayed during booking, stated in a written agreement, or required by law:
you may cancel or reschedule without an administrative charge by giving TF Immigration at least 24 hours’ notice;
a prepaid consultation cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be refunded to the original payment method or applied once as a credit toward a rescheduled consultation;
cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time and missed appointments are normally non-refundable;
we may make a reasonable exception for a documented emergency or where fairness or law requires it;
if TF Immigration cancels, you may choose a full refund of the consultation fee paid or reschedule without charge; and
payment-provider processing time may apply after a refund is issued. Any refund required by law will be made within the legally required period.
Refunds for services beyond an initial consultation are governed by the applicable written service agreement. Fees are earned only for services performed, and unearned client funds are handled as required by the agreement, the Code of Professional Conduct, and law.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, professional fees exclude applicable taxes. Government application fees, biometrics, medical examinations, police certificates, translations, courier charges, educational assessments, language tests, and other third-party costs are additional. A displayed price is not a binding quotation outside its stated scope. Payment does not guarantee any outcome.
You agree to provide accurate, non-misleading information; use only accounts and information you are authorized to use; protect credentials and access links; promptly report suspected unauthorized access; avoid malicious or infringing uploads; and comply with law and these Terms. You remain responsible for reviewing information before submission and for deadlines unless TF Immigration expressly accepts a deadline in a written professional agreement.
You must not interfere with the website’s operation or security; seek unauthorized access; scrape, reproduce, republish, or commercially exploit protected content without permission; transmit unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, infringing, or harmful material; impersonate another person; or use automation that imposes an unreasonable load or bypasses controls.
You are responsible for activity carried out with your credentials, subject to law. A form submission authorizes us to use the information to respond, perform appropriate preliminary checks, administer the requested interaction, and handle it under our Privacy Policy. Use only the secure channel approved by TF Immigration for sensitive documents.
Unless otherwise stated, the website and its original content, design, branding, graphics, text, downloadable materials, and arrangement are owned by or licensed to TF Immigration and protected by applicable law. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal, non-commercial use. Government materials and third-party marks remain their owners’ property and do not imply endorsement.
The website may link to or depend on third-party booking, payment, meeting, portal, map, analytics, and government services. Their own terms and privacy practices apply. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or acts except where responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue website features for operational, security, legal, or business reasons. Uninterrupted or error-free access is not guaranteed. This does not affect obligations already accepted in a written professional agreement.
Past results, testimonials, examples, general assessments, and website information do not guarantee a similar result. Government bodies and other third parties control decisions and processing times. Outcomes depend on the facts, evidence, applicable law and policy, decision-maker discretion, and other circumstances.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TF Immigration is not liable for loss arising solely from reliance on general website information, unauthorized or improper use, third-party services, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or reduces any professional, statutory, regulatory, fiduciary, privacy, or contractual duty owed under law or a written professional agreement.
We may restrict website or portal access where reasonably necessary to protect security, prevent misuse, comply with law, or respond to a material breach. Suspension of website access does not by itself terminate a professional engagement, which may be ended only under the applicable written agreement, professional obligations, and law.
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Additional privacy terms may appear in a written consultation or service agreement.
These Terms and website-use disputes are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Subject to mandatory law, British Columbia courts have jurisdiction. This does not alter any mandatory consumer, regulatory, privacy, complaint, or professional process.
If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or severed only as necessary and the remainder will continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may update these Terms prospectively by posting the current version and effective date; changes do not retroactively alter an existing professional agreement.
Immigration consulting services are provided or supervised by Esen Ada, RCIC, R710013, an active Class L2 licensee of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants who is eligible to provide services. Status was verified in the College’s official Public Register on August 30, 2026.
